What We Stand For
We describe every item honestly — including signs of wear on pre-loved pieces. Our photos show the real product, not a studio-perfect substitute. What you see is what arrives.
We do not sell A, B, or C grade replicas. Not ever. If an item cannot be authenticated, it is not listed. Every piece comes with as much original documentation as is available.
We source intelligently and pass the savings on. Our prices are set to give genuine value — significantly below boutique retail, without cutting corners on quality or authenticity.
Luxury shouldn't be limited by geography. We ship to over 50 countries via registered post and courier, always with tracking — so you know exactly where your purchase is.

All sales are final — no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Please review every product image and the full condition description carefully before you buy. If you have any questions about an item, contact us before purchasing and we'll answer in detail.
Every item is graded honestly and photographed in detail — including any wear on preloved pieces. What you see and read is exactly what you receive. Ask us anything before ordering.
Every piece is authenticated before dispatch. We do not sell copies of any grade. If you ever have an authenticity concern, contact us with the details and we'll work with you in good faith.
All shipments are tracked and insured. In the rare event a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us promptly so we can open a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Every item is personally sourced by our team from verified sources. We do not resell marketplace finds without authentication. Original receipts, dustbags, authenticity cards, and serial numbers are verified where applicable. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on fakes — an item that cannot be authenticated is never listed.
We ship to all major countries worldwide via registered post and express courier. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us before ordering and we'll confirm. We've successfully delivered to North America, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond.
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, JazzCash, bank transfers (wire), Interac e-Transfer (Canada), and Western Union. Payment instructions are provided at checkout depending on the method selected.
Every item carries one of six grades: New with Tags, New without Tags, Preloved — Excellent, Preloved — Good, Preloved — Minor Wear, or Bargain — As Is. Preloved pieces are previously owned; any signs of wear (scratches, patina, marks) are noted in the condition description and shown in photos. Please note all sales are final, so review the grade and notes carefully.
