All sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Every item is described and photographed in detail — including any wear on preloved pieces. Please review all images and the condition description before purchasing.
We sell new and preloved branded luxury goods. Every item is personally sourced and authenticated before listing. We do not sell counterfeit or replica goods of any grade. Item condition is disclosed using our grading system (New with Tags, New without Tags, Preloved — Excellent, Preloved — Good, Preloved — Minor Wear, Bargain — As Is) together with plain-language condition notes.
Owing to the one-of-a-kind, bargain-priced nature of our stock, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges for any reason, including change of mind. By completing checkout you confirm you have reviewed the item images and description and accept the item in the condition described.
Prices are shown in a range of currencies for convenience; your order is charged in the store's base currency with the local equivalent displayed for reference. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Most items are unique and available in a single quantity. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it until checkout is initiated. Stock is confirmed at the point of payment; if an item becomes unavailable we will notify you and issue a refund of any amount paid for that item.
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, JazzCash, bank transfer, Interac e-Transfer and other methods shown at checkout. For JazzCash and bank-transfer payments, stock is committed the moment payment is initiated.
We ship worldwide with tracking. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties, VAT/GST and customs charges are determined by the destination country; where a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) option is offered you may prepay these at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Certain products (e.g. aerosols, liquids over 100ml, items containing batteries) cannot be shipped to some destinations. Where an item cannot be shipped to your country, checkout will not be permitted for that item.
